Fajita Soft Taco

Oh, my! The fajita taco is the bomb!

Stir fry:
1 clove garlic
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1-2 onions (sliced in rings)
1 tomato
Handful of cut up mushrooms (optional)

Broil:
1 can asparagus -sprinkle with season salt & a little bit of the taco seasoning
Broil for about 20 minutes (stir after 10 minutes)
(If you want crunchy asparagus, get fresh from the produce.)

Once the stir fry is ready (to your liking whether crunchy bell pepper or carmelized), add taco seasoning.

Once the asparagus is ready, add to the stir fry.

Serve on a wheat tortilla. You can add lettuce, tomatoes, jalepenos, and salsa to complete your Fajita Taco.
